The Crucible of Fit
Board to Leadership Pathway
At RHM, leadership is proven through faithful service, governable character, and ethical competence. A structured one-year engagement — open to any timeline that works for you.
Our Leadership Pathway
Five Phases of Formation
While structured for a one-year engagement, it is fully open to whatever timeline works for you. The goal is formation, not the calendar.
Board Service & Governance
Your foundation in ministry leadership — serving on the board, participating in committees, and learning the governance structure of RHM.
Training & Development
RHSBC-integrated leadership formation covering ethics, compliance, biblical counseling foundations, and ministry accountability.
Project Development
Build a real proposal addressing a ministry need and present it to the board — proving vision, initiative, and servant leadership.
Mentorship & Accountability
Guided formation from Dr. Jeffrey Gross and senior board leadership — shaping character, calling, and competency together.
Grant & Funding Competency
Develop skills for sustaining ministry through stewardship — grant writing, donor relationships, and financial modeling.

A Nationwide Opportunity
Establish an RHM Hub in Your City
A board member may plant an RHM office in their own town or city. Their ministry plan receives direct support from the Home Office in Green Bay, and each new location may offer any service as a full extension of Restoring Hope Ministries.
- ✓Operated within a church or as a standalone RHM hub office
- ✓Leadership structure designed around your unique ministry plan
- ✓Dedicated RHM page created for each new location
- ✓All legal, ordinance, and compliance checks completed within board service
