Servants of the Teacher
We serve as students of Jesus Christ. He is the Teacher and Counselor; we are helpers who seek to embody Scripture rather than prove ourselves right. We value humility, careful listening, prayer, accountability, and supervision — because our sinful nature can obscure what Christ is doing.
RHM is committed to making disciples by teaching God's Word with clarity, humility, and integrity. Christ is the Counselor, Teacher, and Shepherd — our role is to serve as faithful stewards.
Initial Contact & Crisis Triage
Meeting people where they are — in crisis, curiosity, or a single conversation — with genuine presence, listening, and grace.
Biblical Counseling & Pastoral Care
Structured care that helps individuals bring their stories under the light of Scripture, find community, and begin the hard work of growth.
Discipleship Cohorts
Small groups and one-on-one discipleship relationships for those ready to move from survival to formation.
Biblical Literacy

Christ-centered support groups using the Living Free curriculum — for addiction recovery, anger, anxiety, grief, and more. Open to the community.
Great Commission Fellowship
A monthly gathering for believers passionate about the Great Commission — prayer, open discussion, fellowship, and disciple-making in Brown County and beyond.
Church Equipping
RHM equips local churches to build sustainable care ministries — training deacons, elders, care teams, and lay leaders in biblical soul care.
Community Outreach
Practical care and gospel presence in the Green Bay community — meeting physical, spiritual, and relational needs alongside our ministry partners.
