Our Approach
Trauma-Informed Biblical Counseling
Trauma changes people. It rewires the brain, reshapes relationships, and raises the hardest theological questions: Why did God allow this? Does He see me? Can I trust anyone again?
At RHM, we address trauma with the full weight of what it is — neurologically, psychologically, spiritually, and relationally. We do not rush healing or offer oversimplified answers. We sit with you in the hard places, just as the God of all comfort sits with us (2 Corinthians 1:3-4).
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me… to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound…"
— Isaiah 61:1

Our Integrated Trauma Care Tools
Biblical Counseling
The foundation of all care at RHM. Scripture-anchored, pastoral, and relationally engaged. Helps clients bring their trauma story into the light of God's Word.
Brainspotting (BSP)
A specialized, eye-position-based trauma processing modality that accesses deep brain regions where trauma is stored. Used within a Christ-centered, prayerful framework.
Neurofeedback
Evidence-based brain training that helps regulate the dysregulated nervous system — particularly helpful for PTSD, hypervigilance, and chronic trauma responses.
When Trauma Affects Your Faith
RHM counselors are trained to hold the hardest questions about God with reverence — not to deflect them or shut them down with easy theology.
